We have a very efficient customer relation management system and booking / accounting process. Booking for large groups is as easy as booking for one person. After registration, you will get discounts from the price. Simply fill in your details and if you’re eligible we’ll send your discount partner code to your email address. Option 1: Prepayment - PayPal: Pay with your agency's / company in advance by credit card on the paypal site the amount. We shall charge the net amount after deducting your discount. We send the invoice on via email and the invoice contained a link. You can pay by credit card without having to register with PayPal. You collect your commission immediately.
Option 2: Prepayment - Bank transfer: If you choose this option, we will send you the bank account information. Once we receive the amount, we confirm. Bank transfer is possible only if your orders amounts minimum EUR 200.-
Option 3: We also provide you with a monthly overview of completed rides. Your commission payments are processed centrally and distributed once a month in your local currency, unless requested otherwise. Minimum withdrawal amounts: EUR 30.-
Customers can expect an airport transfer whatever time of the day they arrive or depart for the airport. The Budapest airport shuttle is often the cheapest way to get into the city.
Your customers will be picked up at the desired location, either directly in front of the building or inside the train station / hotel / ship reception. If your passengers wish to be picked up at the airport, we will track the status of their flight. Even if the flight is delayed, our chauffeurs will be waiting for the passengers at inside the terminal with a sign with your customer name on it. The driver will handle the customer's luggage. The chauffeur will then take them quickly and safely to their destination in a sophisticated ambience.
